Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning content that supports operational excellence across mining, rail, and port operations.
• Produce clear, concise and high-quality technical documentation, training materials, and assessment tools.
• Apply sound instructional design methodologies to create learning that is effective, modern and user‑centred.
• Collaborate with operational subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, compliance and alignment with business requirements.
• Continuously improve existing training resources based on feedback, legislation and operational changes.
• Support the implementation of innovative learning technologies and blended learning approaches.
