Lyreco is seeking an Inside Sales Digital Account Manager at our Head Office in Telford. You will engage with customers daily, conduct business reviews, and create value at every interaction to drive revenue and build lasting relationships.

The role is office-based, offering a salary of £26,227.50 per annum, plus monthly commission and a comprehensive benefits package including 31 days holiday, home working after probation, pension and life assurance, and wellbeing perks.

Qualifications

• Essential experience in a telephone-based environment.
• Target driven, self-motivated and eager to exceed KPI’s and earn commission.
• Excellent communicator who builds relationships with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by building customer relationships and identifying opportunities.
• Manage and develop a customer base to exceed targets.
• Maintain account records in CRM accurately at all times.
• Take and resolve customer queries within agreed timescales.
• Accelerate account spend and add products to purchasing behaviour.
