Job summary

Barwon Water is seeking a senior leader to shape and run its digital infrastructure and operations. You will oversee enterprise platforms, networks, OT, control systems and electrical engineering while ensuring reliability, security and regulatory compliance.

Reporting to the General Manager Digital and joining the SLT, you’ll drive cloud platforms, automation, cost management and strategic investment in digital capabilities that support regional water services and customers.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in infrastructure and operations
• Experience in asset-intensive, safety-critical or regulated environments
• Tertiary qualification in engineering, IT or related discipline

Responsibilities

• Set direction for infrastructure and OT domains across enterprise
• Lead corporate infrastructure, platforms, networks and OT capabilities
• Drive improvements in reliability, security, and disaster recovery
• Progressively automate routine operational work and adopt AI agents
• Provide evidence-based advice in a complex regulatory environment
