Job summary

Sydney Local Health District invites a senior clinician to join the Royal Prince Alfred and Balmain Health Informatics Team. The role focuses on digital health, eMR initiatives, workflow analysis and change management across RPA and Balmain Hospitals.

The eClinician will lead and support deployment, adoption and optimisation of digital health technologies, ensuring clinical staff are prepared and supported.

Qualifications

• APRHA registration or eligibility for membership of appropriate professional association.
• For Nursing applicants: 3+ years of post-registration clinical experience.
• For Allied Health applicants: extensive clinical experience in an acute setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the deployment, adoption and optimisation of the eMR and digital health technologies across RPA and Balmain Hospitals.
• Analyse clinical workflows and assist with change management for new eHealth implementations.
• Provide ongoing education and support to clinical staff across disciplines.
