Job summary

ACT Health, Canberra Health Services, is seeking a Records Digitisation and Forms Officer to manage the Clinical Forms Register and lead the digitisation of clinical records. You will coordinate form design, development and approval processes, ensuring compliance with privacy rules and Australian Standards.

The role involves liaising with external stakeholders to integrate forms into the Digital Health Record and supporting health information services across CHS facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience with health record management and privacy legislation.
• In-depth knowledge of Australian Standards.
• Ability to coordinate with external stakeholders on digitisation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Clinical Forms Register.
• Coordinate design, development, review and approval of clinical forms and templates.
• Liaise with external stakeholders on digitisation and integration of forms in the Digital Health Record.
• Apply Australian Standards and privacy procedures in daily workflows.
