Job summary

Canberra Health Services seeks a Record Digitisation and Forms Officer on a full-time temporary contract with the possibility of permanency. Reporting to the Decision Support Unit, you will support Health Information Services in digitising clinical forms and managing the Digital Health Record.

You will maintain the Clinical Forms Register and coordinate form templates, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliant, efficient health records management.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Australian Standards and health record management.
• Familiarity with privacy legislation as it relates to personal health information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Clinical Forms Register.
• Coordinate the design, development, review and approval of clinical records forms and templates.
• Liaise with external stakeholders on the digitisation and integration of forms in the Digital Health Record.
