Job summary

Australian Digital Health Agency in Sydney NSW is seeking a Compliance and Assurance Advisor to support regulatory compliance activities, audits, quality assurance, issues management and stakeholder engagement. Reporting to leadership, the role contributes to the Share by Default extensions program and broader legislative obligations across the digital health sector.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience interpreting and applying legislation, regulatory frameworks, policies and procedures within a compliance, assurance, governance or regulatory environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex issues, evaluate evidence and develop practical recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear documentation and communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
• Experience delivering compliance activities such as audits, quality assurance reviews, issues management and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to build and maintain productive stakeholder relationships and provide trusted compliance advice.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and contribute effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including analysing data, maintaining accurate records and producing high-quality reporting.
• Experience supporting business systems, portals or software applications will be highly regarded.
• Experience in the Australian Public Service, digital health, compliance, assurance, governance or regulatory sectors is desirable
