Curious Minds Media Pty in Brisbane is seeking a talented Mid-Range Graphic Designer to join our high-impact creative team. You will translate strategic objectives into visually engaging designs for digital and print media with clients across health, housing, education and infrastructure.

The role requires 2–4 years of design experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite including XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Canva.
• Strong portfolio showing digital and print design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong eye for color, composition and typography.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Video editing familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to create visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of digital and print media.
• Design and produce digital marketing materials such as social media posts, website graphics, video, animations and web banners.
• Create print materials such as flyers, newspaper ads, billboards, and other print marketing collateral.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and present design concepts to senior management, as well as clients.
• Ensure all designs align with the brand guidelines and meet the client's requirements and objectives.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and software updates.

Key Responsibilities:
