Responsibilities

• Presales & Discovery: translate feature requests into outcome-focused designs improving agent efficiency and CX.
• Architectural Oversight & Governance: ensure solutions deliver clear business value within established standards.
• R&D & Innovation: evaluate emerging AI capabilities, speech analytics, and PoCs to expand digital offerings.
• Customer Success: conduct maturity assessments and optimization reviews for enterprise/government accounts.
