Job summary

The Opportunity

Digital & Data is becoming increasingly important to how Built operates and innovates. Our dedicated operations function ensures our platforms, products and services are supported by strong governance, clear processes and a proactive approach to operational excellence.

In this role, you'll:

• Establish the operational foundations that help the Digital & Data team scale effectively.

What We Are Looking For

We’re looking for someone who can bring structure, visibility and operational discipline to a growing Digital & Data function. You'll be comfortable working across technology and business teams, improving processes, strengthening governance and driving continuous improvement.

• Have experience working within digital, data or technology environments.
• Enjoy building frameworks, processes and ways of working that help teams perform at their best.
• Have tertiary qualifications in Business, Technology, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Can navigate ambiguity and create order as functions evolve and grow.
• Take a pragmatic approach to governance, controls and operational management.
• Build trusted relationships and communicate confidently with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Have an interest in emerging technologies and the role data, digital products and AI can play in improving business outcomes.
• Can work within a team, whilst also taking personal responsibility for identifying issues and fixing them.
