Job summary

Journey Beyond in Adelaide is seeking an entry-level Digital Coordinator to support day-to-day website health across our brands, boost visibility through SEO, and help turn data into clear reporting.

You'll work with brand and campaign teams, maintain CMS content, log defects in Jira, and assist with onboarding new brands. Training will be provided and a travel-loving, collaborative culture awaits.

Qualifications

• Entry-level opportunity with up to one year of experience in digital, web, marketing or product.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Umbraco, Jira or similar digital tools is beneficial; training provided.
• Collaborative, service-minded, and highly organised with strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Brand and Campaign Teams to keep websites current and conversion-focused.
• Maintain and optimise site performance using SEO and content for GEO visibility.
• Log, triage and follow up website defects in Jira through to resolution.
• Maintain development backlog across brands in Jira; assist with requirements and testing.
• Track, analyse and report on website and SEO performance with actionable insights.
• Support onboarding of acquired brands and undertake general administration.
