Job summary

Gayaa Dhuwi (Proud Spirit) Australia seeks a hands-on Digital Media Officer to produce engaging digital content across social media, the eNewsletter, digital assets, website updates, and support for webinars and podcasts.

This role works under the direction of the Communications Manager and contributes to the organisation’s digital presence across channels, ensuring content is engaging, culturally safe and on-brand.

Qualifications

• Experience producing digital content across social media, newsletters and websites.
• Ability to design visually engaging, on-brand, culturally safe content.
• Proficiency with digital design tools to produce high-quality graphics and layouts.

Responsibilities

• Produce social media content across Gayaa Dhuwi platforms per strategy and direction.
• Design and produce digital assets (graphics, banners, infographics) for digital channels and events.
• Prepare and distribute the organisation’s eNewsletter with content from across the team.
• Support the production of webinars and podcasts, including setup and post-production coordination.
• Update website content as directed, ensuring accuracy and consistent messaging.
• Maintain an organised library of digital assets and templates.
