Job summary

Suncorp Group is seeking a Digital Content Producer to create, maintain and optimise customer-facing content across its digital channels. The role emphasizes accuracy, accessibility and brand tone alignment, with responsibilities to ensure content is citable, AI-ready and compliant.

You will work to improve engagement, trust and discoverability while supporting multiple brands, including governance in a regulated environment. Hybrid working and ongoing learning are offered.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience creating or maintaining customer-facing digital content in a regulated environment
• Experience planning and producing content that supports digital strategy and business objectives
• Ability to adapt tone to differentiate brands and ensure content discoverability

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, maintain and optimise content across customer-facing digital channels.
• Use AI-assisted tools with human review to improve content quality and capacity.
• Collaborate with Search Insights & Discoverability to optimise for search and AI relevance.
• Structure content to support discoverability and reuse in AI-generated responses.
• Interpret content performance insights to improve outcomes.
• Work within content governance in a regulated environment.
