Suncorp is seeking a Digital Content Producer to create, maintain and optimise customer-facing content across its digital channels. The role focuses on accuracy, accessibility, and brand tone, with content designed for search and AI-driven reuse.

You’ll prioritise tasks, work with the Search Insights & Discoverability team, and ensure content governance in a regulated environment. You will collaborate with digital, marketing, product, risk, compliance and legal teams, applying EEAT principles

Qualificações

• At least two years’ experience producing, maintaining or optimising content for customer-facing digital channels in a comparable in-house, agency or regulated-environment role.
• Experience planning and producing customer-focused digital content that supports business objectives and an agreed digital strategy.
• Ability to adapt content style and tone to create clear differentiation between brands.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted tools for content research, drafting, optimisation and quality review.
• Strong editorial judgement and the ability to assess and refine AI-assisted outputs.
• Experience structuring content for search discoverability, citation and reuse in AI-generated responses.
