Job summary

Supercheap Auto is expanding its Digital Experience team in Australia, seeking a Digital Content Designer to shape content across our digital ecosystem. You will collaborate with eCommerce, Marketing, Digital Product and Brand teams to smooth customer journeys from inspiration to checkout, ensuring usability and accessibility.

The role requires experience in content or digital design, a solid grasp of customer journeys in ecommerce, and familiarity with design systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in Content Design, UX/UI Design or digital design discipline.
• Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and ecommerce environments.
• Experience with design systems and scalable digital experiences.
• Confidence translating briefs into practical design outcomes.
• Exposure to CRO, experimentation or data-informed optimization.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration.
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Page Designer; basic coding knowledge is a plus.

We're growing our Digital Experience team at Supercheap Auto and are on the search for a Digital Content Designer. This role will play a critical part in shaping how millions of customers experience our brand online, creating intuitive, engaging and high-performing content experiences across our digital ecosystem.

Working closely with eCommerce, Marketing, Digital Product and Brand teams, you'll help create smooth customer journeys, removing friction and keeping customers on the right path from inspiration through to checkout.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design engaging digital content experiences that align with the Supercheap Auto brand, customer needs and trading priorities.
• Create intuitive content layouts, interaction patterns and customer journeys across digital channels.
• Translate business, customer and brand requirements into build-ready design solutions.
• Apply and evolve design system components to ensure consistency and scalability across experiences.
• Partner with Product, eCommerce, Marketing and Merchandising teams to bring concepts to life.
• Use customer insights, experimentation outcomes and performance data to optimise engagement and conversion.
• Champion usability, accessibility and customer-first design principles across every experience.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in Content Design, UX/UI Design, Digital Experience Design or a similar digital design discipline.
• Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and designing for eCommerce environments.
• Experience working with design systems and creating scalable digital experiences.
• Confidence translating ideas, requirements and briefs into practical design outcomes.
• Exposure to CRO, experimentation or data-informed optimisation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Page Designer and working knowledge of coding will be highly regarded.
