Job summary

Supercheap Auto is expanding its Digital Experience team and seeks a Digital Content Designer to shape how millions of customers experience our brand online. You’ll craft engaging content experiences, optimise customer journeys and contribute to a scalable design system across our digital ecosystem.

You’ll work closely with eCommerce, Marketing, Digital Product and Brand teams to drive conversions, reduce friction and guide customers from inspiration through to checkout.

Qualifications

• Experience in Content Design, UX/UI or similar digital design discipline.
• Strong understanding of digital customer journeys in ecommerce.
• Experience with design systems and scalable digital experiences.
• Ability to translate briefs into practical design outcomes.
• Exposure to CRO, experimentation or data-informed optimisation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement across multiple teams.
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Page Designer; coding knowledge is a plus.

We're growing our Digital Experience team at Supercheap Auto and are on the search for a Digital Content Designer. This role will play a critical part in shaping how millions of customers experience our brand online, creating intuitive, engaging and high-performing content experiences across our digital ecosystem.

Working closely with eCommerce, Marketing, Digital Product and Brand teams, you'll help create smooth customer journeys, removing friction and keeping customers on the right path from inspiration through to checkout.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design engaging digital content experiences that align with the Supercheap Auto brand, customer needs and trading priorities.
• Create intuitive content layouts, interaction patterns and customer journeys across digital channels.
• Translate business, customer and brand requirements into build-ready design solutions.
• Apply and evolve design system components to ensure consistency and scalability across experiences.
• Partner with Product, eCommerce, Marketing and Merchandising teams to bring concepts to life.
• Use customer insights, experimentation outcomes and performance data to optimise engagement and conversion.
• Champion usability, accessibility and customer-first design principles across every experience.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in Content Design, UX/UI Design, Digital Experience Design or a similar digital design discipline.
• Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and designing for eCommerce environments.
• Experience working with design systems and creating scalable digital experiences.
• Confidence translating ideas, requirements and briefs into practical design outcomes.
• Exposure to CRO, experimentation or data-informed optimisation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Page Designer and working knowledge of coding will be highly regarded.
