Job summary

The University of Western Australia is seeking a Digital Content Creation Officer for the Perth USAsia Centre. The role focuses on producing multimedia content and maintaining the Centre’s website to support strategic communications and engagement initiatives.

You will coordinate video and audio content for online courses and events, create photography assets, and ensure content is accessible and current across platforms. A degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Completion of a degree with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and specialist expertise in digital content creation.
• Substantial relevant experience working with communications teams, focusing on digital content creation (photography, video production, digital asset creation).
• Proficiency in website editing (WordPress/CMS) and content creation tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and produce video and audio content for online courses, promotional materials, report launches, the Explainer series, and Centre events.
• Produce and maintain photography to support the Centre’s communications and program priorities.
• Maintain and update the Centre’s website (with WordPress experience) to support strategic communications initiatives and ensure content remains current and accessible.
