Wesfarmers Limited is seeking a lead digital storyteller to own corporate content across web, social, EDM and internal channels, in a flexible part-time role partnering with senior stakeholders across the Wesfarmers Group.
Working three days a week, you will help shape digital communications for group results, strategy briefings and sustainability initiatives, ensuring content is accurate, on-brand and engaging across owned channels.
Our Corporate Affairs team has broad responsibilities, deeply aligned with Wesfarmers reputation, including corporate communications, Group corporate reporting, government relations, oversight of the Group’s reconciliation ambition, oversight of the Group’s sustainability policies and objectives, community partnerships, stakeholder engagement and the Wesfarmers Arts program.
You bring experience in digital content, communications or owned channel management, ideally within a corporate, agency or in-house communications environment. You enjoy translating complex business topics into clear, engaging content and communicating consistently across a range of audiences and channels.
Just as important is your attention to detail and ability to balance quality, consistency and speed. You are organised, collaborative and adaptable, comfortable managing multiple content streams, working through review processes and taking ownership of digital channels and content opportunities.
Working 3 days (or equivalent hours) per week, you'll help lead the Group's digital communications activity, developing and managing corporate and editorial content across owned channels including the corporate website, social and digital media. You'll support communications relating to Group results, Strategy Briefing Day, the AGM, sustainability initiatives and broader Corporate Affairs priorities.
