Job summary

Canberra Grammar School is seeking a Digital and AI Transformation Manager to lead initiatives that change how teaching, administration and community services work. You will identify where technology can improve operations and then align teams to deliver real value across CGS.

You will own major enterprise platforms, shape AI governance frameworks, and drive capability-building, adoption, and sustained improvement across CGS.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise platforms as a business owner or lead.
• Track record of delivering digital transformation or process improvement with lasting value.
• Strong business analysis skills including investment case development and benefit measurement.
• Knowledge of AI governance, risk assessment and human oversight.

About the Role

Canberra Grammar School is seeking a Digital and AITransformation Manager to lead work that makes a lasting differenceto how we teach, work and serve our community.

You will identify where technology can improve teaching,administration and operations, then bring the right people togetherto make it happen. From building investment cases and redesigningprocesses to leading change and measuring results, you will ensurethe School’s digital initiatives deliver real value.

You will also be the business owner of our major enterpriseplatforms and help shape the frameworks that guide responsible AIuse. Working with leaders and teams across CGS, you will buildcapability, support adoption and turn innovation into sustainableimprovement.

About You

You combine strategic thinking with the ability to deliver. You can see the potential in new technology, ask the right questions about risk and value, and bring people with you through change.

You will bring:

• A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experiencein business transformation, enterprise systems, informationmanagement or a related field
• Experience leading an enterprise platform as a businessowner or business lead, including configuration decisions,release governance and vendor management
• A record of delivering digital transformation or processimprovement that continues to deliver value afterimplementation
• Strong business analysis skills, including developinginvestment cases and measuring benefits against forecasts
• Working knowledge of AI governance, including riskassessment, accountability, human oversight and evaluation ofAI outputsExperience preparing investment cases, benefit reporting or assurance papers for an executive team or a governancecommittee
