Job summary

Canberra Grammar School is seeking a Digital and AI Transformation Manager to lead work shaping how we teach, work and serve our community. You will identify opportunities to improve teaching, administration and operations, then bring together the right people to implement changes and measure results.

You will own major enterprise platforms and help shape responsible AI frameworks. Working with CGS leaders, you will build capability, support adoption and translate innovation into sustainable

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in business transformation, enterprise systems, information management or related field.
• Experience leading an enterprise platform as a business owner or business lead, including configuration decisions, release governance and vendor management.
• Record of delivering digital transformation or process improvement with ongoing value after implementation.
• Strong business analysis skills, including investment cases and benefits measurement against forecasts.
• Knowledge of AI governance, risk assessment, accountability, and evaluation of AI outputs.
• Ability to influence executives, staff and vendors across functions.
• Experience in education settings and familiarity with student information and learning management systems.
• Formal credential in change management, business analysis, or improvement methodology.
