Job summary

Collaborate Recruitment in Sydney seeks a Digital Adoption & Systems Training Specialist to lead AI adoption and digital solution rollout across a national network.

You’ll translate technical concepts for frontline users, develop training resources and partner with the AI Development Team to improve the user experience.

Based in North Parramatta, the role is a 6-month FTC with a view to permanency and four days per week in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Adoption, AI Adoption, System Adoption, Technology Training, Learning & Development, Change Enablement or Digital Transformation.
• Demonstrated success delivering training and supporting the rollout of digital platforms, AI solutions or enterprise business applications.
• Experience launching products, systems or technology solutions within trade, wholesale, industrial, manufacturing, logistics, retail, construction or branch-based environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to influence users at all levels of the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital adoption and rollout of AI-powered applications and business systems across the organisation.
• Develop and execute adoption, communication and training plans for new releases and system enhancements.
• Plan, coordinate and facilitate stakeholder meetings, launch briefings, system demonstrations, workshops and training sessions.
• Explain the purpose of new applications, how they improve day-to-day work, and deliver measurable business value.
• Translate technical functionality into practical, easy-to-understand language for frontline users.
• Deliver face-to-face and virtual training sessions tailored to different user groups.

Our client is seeking a Digital Adoption & Systems Training Specialist to join their AI & Digital Initiatives team, leading the adoption of AI-powered applications and digital solutions across a national business network.

This role is about much more than delivering training. You'll be the bridge between business users and technology, helping people understand why new applications are being introduced, how they will improve day-to-day operations, and ensuring user feedback helps shape future enhancements.

About the Role:

Working closely with the AI Development Team and business stakeholders, you'll own the end-to-end digital adoption journey for new applications and system enhancements. You'll plan application launches, facilitate stakeholder briefings, deliver engaging training, create practical learning resources, monitor adoption and work with development teams to continuously improve the user experience. Success in this role will be measured by how effectively users adopt and embrace new technology, ensuring AI and digital initiatives become embedded into everyday business operations.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Lead the digital adoption and rollout of AI-powered applications and business systems across the organisation.
• Develop and execute adoption, communication and training plans for new application releases and system enhancements.
• Plan, coordinate and facilitate stakeholder meetings, launch briefings, system demonstrations, workshops and training sessions.
• Meet with branch teams, managers and business stakeholders to explain the purpose of new applications, how they improve day-to-day work, increase productivity, reduce manual effort and deliver measurable business value.
• Translate technical functionality into practical, easy-to-understand language suitable for operational and frontline users.
• Deliver engaging face-to-face and virtual training sessions tailored to different user groups - warehouse staff, to executives.
• Develop user guides, quick reference guides, FAQs, process documentation and short instructional videos.

About You

You're an engaging communicator who enjoys working with people and making technology simple.

Key Skills Required:

• Experience in Digital Adoption, AI Adoption, System Adoption, Technology Training, Learning & Development, Change Enablement or Digital Transformation.
• Demonstrated success delivering training and supporting the rollout of digital platforms, AI solutions or enterprise business applications.
• Experience launching products, systems or technology solutions within trade, wholesale, industrial, manufacturing, logistics, retail, construction or branch-based environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence users at all levels of the business.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, both face-to-face and virtually.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple, practical language.
• Experience creating engaging training documentation, learning resources and instructional videos.
• Experience supporting internally developed or custom business applications.
• Knowledge of digital adoption strategies, change management methodologies or organisational change.
• Experience using Digital Adoption Platforms (DAPs) such as WalkMe, Whatfix, Pendo or similar.
• Experience using video creation or screen-recording tools such as HeyGen, ScreenPal, Camtasia or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Exposure to ERP, purchasing, quoting, invoicing or other enterprise business systems.
