Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network seeks an accredited Dietitian to deliver evidence-based dietetic services across a diverse caseload in Mount Barker, SA. The role involves autonomous work within a multidisciplinary community health team and leadership support for students and staff.

You will contribute to planning, delivery and evaluation of dietetic services while fostering partnerships and continuous improvement across the BHFLHN region.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality dietetic assessment, intervention, education and health promotion services across BHFLHN.

• Are you an accredited Dietitian with experience delivering evidence-based care across a diverse range of clients and clinical presentations?

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

You will.

• Deliver high-quality dietetic assessment, intervention, education and health promotion services that support positive nutrition and health outcomes.
• Manage a diverse and increasingly complex caseload while promoting self-management, wellbeing and preventative health practices.
• Contribute dietetic expertise to the planning, delivery and evaluation of multidisciplinary community-based services across the BHFLHN region.
• Support evidence-based practice, quality improvement initiatives, service development and the ongoing evaluation of Dietetic services.
• Provide clinical leadership, mentoring and support to colleagues, students and allied health staff while fostering strong professional partnerships across the region.
