Job summary

Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network is seeking a Senior Administrative Officer for the Regional Operations Centre. This role leads ROC administration, coordinates rostering, and fosters strong relationships with clinical teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely access to care across the Barossa Hills Fleurieu region.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative, coordination and secretariat support to the Regional Operations Centre, ensuring professional and efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Lead and support the ROC Administration Team, fostering a collaborative, customer-focused culture while coordinating rostering, performance development and workflow priorities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinical teams, Local Health Networks and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and information sharing.
  • Prepare high-quality correspondence, reports, briefing papers and meeting documentation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and timely completion.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing administrative processes, maintaining quality systems, supporting audits and accreditation activities, and contributing to operational planning and service enhancements.

As the Senior Administrative Officer, Regional Operations Centre, you'll play a key leadership role in supporting the Regional Operations Centre, working closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to help ensure patients receive timely access to care.
