Job summary

Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is seeking a qualified Accredited Practising Dietitian to provide in-person dietetic services across metro Sydney, with some regional travel.

You will conduct dietetic assessments, develop individualised care plans, liaise with Food Service teams on meal options, provide expert nutrition advice for deficiencies and risk, and design nutrition education programs for staff and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualified in Dietetics and registered as an Accredited Practising Dietitian with Dietitians Australia.
• Minimum of 12 months experience as a Dietitian in an acute or aged care setting.
• Driver's licence and reliable car; willing to travel to homes across metro and regional locations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain).

About you

• Tertiary qualified in Dietetics and registered as an Accredited Practising Dietitian with Dietitians Australia
• Minimum of 12 months experience as a Dietitian with post graduate experience in an acute or aged care setting
• Driver's licence, reliable car and willing to travel to homes across metro and regional locations as required
• Empathetic, flexible, resilient, conscientious, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain) and unlimited working rights in Australia
