Job summary

Generation Care & Therapy Connect – part of Humanity Health Group in North Brisbane seeks an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) to serve aged care and NDIS clients. You will deliver evidence-based nutrition assessments, create practical dietary plans and offer ongoing support to clients and their families.

You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team, maintain accurate documentation and adapt to a diverse caseload across community settings.

Qualifications

• Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with Dietitians Australia.
• Experience in community, aged care and/or NDIS settings.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) to join us providing services across aged care and NDIS clients.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, delivering evidence-based nutritional assessments, tailored interventions and practical recommendations that support clients to achieve their health and wellbeing goals.

What You’ll Be Doing
