Nacap in Dubbo, NSW, is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to maintain and repair heavy vehicles, mobile plant and equipment. Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will keep machinery safe, reliable and ready for project deployment while minimizing downtime.

The role requires a trade certificate, MC licence, and the ability to work a FIFO 3/1 roster. You will work with a safety-focused team in a busy workshop and contribute to project delivery and uptime.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years plus experience as a qualified Diesel Mechanic.
• Australian trade certificate in Diesel Mechanic required.
• Current MC driver's licence required.
• Experience diagnosing, servicing, maintaining and repairing heavy vehicles and equipment.

Aufgaben

• Perform scheduled servicing, preventative maintenance and repairs on heavy vehicles and mobile plant.
• Conduct daily inspections and ensure machinery is safe and ready for dispatch.
• Identify faults, complete repairs and maintain maintenance records.
• Follow WHS requirements and keep the workshop clean and organized.
• Collaborate with the Workshop Manager to minimise downtime and meet deadlines.
