Stabilcorp Pty is seeking a trade-qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanic or Plant Mechanic to join our maintenance team at the Wauchope workshop. This hands-on role covers servicing, diagnosing and repairing a diverse fleet of heavy vehicles and mobile plant across NSW and Queensland.

The successful applicant will have 3+ years post-trade experience, strong fault-finding and welding/fabrication skills, a personal tool kit, and the capacity to travel for field servicing and breakdowns, including

Formación

• Trade-qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanic or Plant Mechanic.
• 3+ years post-trade experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic, fault-finding and repair capabilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with welding, fabrication and hot works.
• A comprehensive personal tool kit.
• Willingness to travel for field servicing/breakdowns.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Servicing, diagnosing and repairing heavy vehicles and mobile plant.
• Maintaining specialised road construction equipment and associated machinery.
• Attending breakdowns and carrying out repairs on project sites across NSW and Queensland.
• Undertaking preventative maintenance, inspections and scheduled servicing.
• Completing mechanical repairs, fabrication and welding as required.
• Working alongside the workshop team to minimise downtime.
• Occasional overtime and weekend work to support operations.
