Job summary

Stanmore Resources in Australia is seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Fitter to uphold high safety standards and ensure reliable equipment performance on a 7/7 day/night roster.

You will service and repair heavy mobile equipment (e.g., rear dumps and dozers), work with reliability teams and OEMs, and maintain daily safety and quality standards on site.

Qualifications

• Require Australian recognised trade certificate as Mechanical fitter.
• Minimum 3 years mining experience with exposure to heavy mobile equipment.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and report hazards.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and repairs of heavy mobile equipment including 793F rear dumps and dozers.
• Collaborate with reliability teams and OEM partners to maintain high equipment standards.
• Maintain daily work management, equipment and safety standards.
• Operate within site Safety Health Management Systems.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Fitter (7/7 day/night roster) to join our team. You will work with the team to ensure equipment is maintained to a high standard and safety is paramount.

Key duties will include

• Servicing and repairs of Heavy Mobile equipment including but not limited to 793F Rear dumps, D10T Dozers. D11T Dozers, 18M Graders
• Working closely with the reliability team and OEM to identify and maintain high equipment standards and availability.
• Maintaining daily work management, equipment and safety standards.
• Operating within our site Safety Health Management Systems

What you will need to be a success:

• Australian recognized trade certificate (Mechanical fitter)
• At least 3 years mining experience with exposure to 793F Rear dumps, D10T Dozers. D11T Dozers, 18M Graders
• Ability to prioritize work effectively
• SAP experience (or willing to learn)
• Safety first mindset
• Ability to identify and report hazards
