Meridian Industries Pty Ltd in New South Wales is seeking a Diesel Motor Mechanic for on-site work at Wetherill Park. You will inspect, service and repair diesel powered machinery, diagnose faults, and perform preventative maintenance to ensure safety and reliability.

Dismantle and reassemble engines and hydraulic systems, read service manuals, and maintain repair records. AQF Certificate III or IV and MR Licence preferred. 38 hours per week; salary between 80,000 and 98,000 AUD per year.

Formación

• AQF Certificate III or IV with on-the-job training.
• MR Licence preferred.
• Diesel mechanic experience welcomed.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out inspection, servicing, maintenance and repairs of diesel-powered machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical faults using diagnostic equipment and manuals.
• Dismantle, inspect, repair, replace and reassemble engines and hydraulic systems.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and replace worn parts.
• Read and interpret service manuals and drawings.
• Maintain service records and repair reports.
