Aurenne Group Holdings Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Exploration Geologist for an 8:6 FIFO roster in Western Australia. You will lead field exploration, supervise drill crews, and drive data interpretation to support mineral targeting and project delivery.

The role requires a BSc in Geology, 6+ years’ experience in Archean gold systems, and strong QAQC and technical data handling abilities. Applicants must have full Australian working rights and pass medical checks.

Qualifikationen

• Unrestricted Australian manual driver’s license.
• Minimum 6 years as an Exploration Geologist with Archean gold experience.
• Proficiency with GIS, 3D modelling software and database systems; Leapfrog desirable.
• High level of QAQC, drilling and sampling practices and lab analytical methods.
• Experience with emerging technologies.
• Full Australian working rights; National Police Clearance; able to pass medical and drug/alcohol screen.

Full-time Senior Exploration Geologist Required on 8:6 FIFO roster

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Exploration Geologist to join our team and lead from the front. This is a position that will offer you the flexibility to manage the team and take responsibility of ensuring the day-to-day functions are completed, focusing on the outputs and results of the exploration division within the geology department.

Work scope

• On the ground exploration including the planning of reconnaissance and sampling activities in coordination with the Head of Exploration and the oversight of the execution of these activities.


• Liaison and supervision of drill staff, contractors, and associated exploration activities.


• The coordination of the provision of data to the Head of Exploration and supporting the interpretation of data where required.


• Ensure that sampling programs are performed accurately, professionally, on budget and address the drilling plan objectives as agreed with the Chief Geologist.


• Where appropriate identify additional data that can be acquired and interpreted to enhance the exploitation on Group tenements.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• B Sc (Geology) or equivalent.


• Unrestricted Australian Manual Driver’s License


• Minimum 6 years working as an Exploration Geologist with a significant portion of that being in Archean gold.


• Proficiency with GIS and 3D modelling software and database systems. (Leapfrog highly desirable)


• High level of understanding of QAQC procedures, drilling and sampling practices and standard gold industry laboratory analytical methods.


• Experience with emerging technologies


• Full Australian working rights.


• Current National Police Clearance


• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen.
