Mineral Resources is seeking experienced Dewatering Technicians to join our Western Australia operations. You will monitor, maintain and troubleshoot dewatering equipment across remote site camps, optimise water management, and support sustainable mining practices.

Key duties include bore fields and pit dewatering, managing fuel transfer systems, RO and wastewater treatment plants, and collaborating with village maintenance teams. A safety‑driven, autonomous worker mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a dewatering technician in mining or heavy industry.
• Current Australian HR driver's license.
• Poly welding tickets.
• Ability to work autonomously in remote locations.
• Flexible and versatile attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bore fields and pit dewatering operations.
• Manage fuel transfer systems.
• Operate RO and wastewater treatment plants.
• Maintain water transfer systems.
• Operate mobile equipment as required.
• Support village maintenance teams.
• Implement and improve policies and procedures.
