Stellar Recruitment Pty is hiring a Dewatering Technician for a leading mining operation in Western Australia. You will install, operate, and maintain dewatering pumps, pipelines and related infrastructure to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in dewatering or a similar role such as polywelding.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Current Australian C Class driver's licence.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Installing, operating and maintaining dewatering pumps, pipelines and associated infrastructure.
• Monitoring water levels, flow rates and pumping performance.
• Conducting inspections, preventative maintenance and basic repairs.
• Identifying and troubleshooting pump, pipework and water management issues.
• Relocating pumps, hoses and pipelines as mining operations progress.
• Ensuring all activities comply with site safety and environmental standards.
