Job summary

Regis Resources Ltd in Laverton is seeking an experienced Dewatering Technician to join our Duketon operation on a FIFO 8:6 roster from Perth. You will maintain day-to-day water equipment, monitor water requirements and ensure reliable pumping systems at the site.

Reporting to the Dewatering Supervisor, the role focuses on operating and maintaining pumps, installing bore pump systems, and performing routine maintenance while adhering to safety and zero-harm standards.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification preferred.
• Experience in operating and maintaining pumps.
• Polywelding skills.
• Relevant machinery tickets (e.g. IT loader, Telehandler, Excavator, HR).
• A current WA Class C Manual Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring site water supplies, operation, and maintenance
• Troubleshooting pump and piping issues and performing routine maintenance
• Constructing, monitoring, and maintaining dewatering infrastructure (e.g. wells, pipelines, meters, pressure gauges)
• Installing bore pump systems and bypasses
• Repairing water pipelines (including polywelding if required)
• Fuelling and servicing pumping equipment

Job Description

The opportunity

We are currently looking for an experienced Dewatering Technician to join the team at our Duketon operation. Reporting to the Dewatering Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day watering equipment of the site and monitor the water requirements.

This is a FIFO role (8:6 roster) from Perth.
