Job summary

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Property or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in business/commercial analysis or project support.
  • Strong analytical, financial modelling and data interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel and project reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Understanding project life cycles in the property or capital-intensive space.
  • Prior experience in property development, infrastructure or construction.
  • Familiar with project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of planning and approvals processes for developments (permits, zoning).
  • Proficient with project management systems (Estate Master or similar).

Responsibilities

  • Project Feasbility and Business Case support: Evaluate new development proposals with financial modelling and ROI analysis.
  • Project perfomance tracking: Monitor milestones, analyse variance and create dashboards.
  • Stakeholder engagement and communication: Work with managers, finance, engineering and legal; translate data into recommendations.
  • Process improvement and risk management: Identify inefficiencies and maintain documentation standards.
  • Tooling and data analytics: Develop models, trackers and templates; visualise data with Excel, Power BI, Tableau.

About the role

You will be responsible for delivering strategic and operational insights to support planning execution and delivery of major development and capital projects. Bridging the gap between project teams, finance and senior management; you will be analysing project feasibility, tracking progress, managing risk and identifying opportunities to improve efficiences and add value.

Responsibilities
Project Feasbility and Business Case support

Support the evaluation of new development proposals with financial modelling, ROI analysis and scenario planning. Prepare and maintain detailed business cases including cost-benefit analysis, risk assessments and timelines. Assess market trends, regulatory impacts and competitive factors.

Project perfomance tracking

Monitor key project milestones (budget, schedule, milestones, risks). Analyse actual vs forecasted performance and report on variances. Create and maintain dashboards and reports

Stakeholder engagement and communication

Work closely with project managers, finance, engineering, legal and other teams. Translate data into clear actionable recommendations.

Process improvement and risk management

Indentify inefficiencies in project planning. Maintain project documentation standards, reporting frameworks and control mechanisms

Tooling and data analytics

Develop models, trackers and templates to improve consistency and transparency. Using Excel, Power BI and other tools to visualise project data. Extract and analyst data from ERP systems.

About you
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Property or related field
