Job summary

Port Stephens Council is seeking a Development Services Support Team Leader to manage the Development Services Support (DSS) team in Raymond Terrace. You will lead five Development Support Officers, oversee internal systems, and drive efficiency across the Development Services units.

The permanent, full-time role offers 35 hours per week with flexible working arrangements and a base salary range of $90,888 to $106,927 plus 12% superannuation and a retention allowance.

• Relevant qualifications in local government or related discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership with ability to plan, motivate and supervise a team.
• Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
