Job summary

Queensland Government, through Economic Development Queensland (EDQ), seeks a Plan Sealing Administrator in the Development Services team to support housing and infrastructure outcomes across Queensland.

You will assess and administer plan sealing applications, coordinate documentation and maintain DASH records to ensure timely project delivery. The role involves stakeholder liaison, meeting support and continuous process improvements in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in project support, planning, development assessment, local government or administrative environment.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confident engaging with stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret legislation, policies and procedures with sound judgement.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assess and administer plan sealing applications, ensuring compliance with approval conditions, legislation and established timeframes.
• Coordinate project documentation, reports, briefings and workflow records to support delivery of development projects.
• Maintain accurate records within EDQ's DASH workflow system and track milestones.
• Build relationships with internal teams, councils, developers and other stakeholders.
• Assist with meeting coordination, minute taking and management of shared team inboxes.
