Job summary

Veriu Group is expanding across Australia with Punthill Apartment Hotels and Veriu Hotels & Suites. We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a high-performing team, ensuring consistently clean guest rooms and public areas according to Veri-Best standards.

The role focuses on team leadership, training, and collaboration with hotel departments to provide exceptional guest experiences. Experience in housekeeping and Australian working rights are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in cleaning guest rooms and public areas to Veri-Best standards
• Supervise, guide, and train the housekeeping team
• Provide feedback on room conditions and areas needing deep clean or repairs
• Ensure Veri-Best processes and policies are followed within the team
• Build strong relationships with teammates and guests
• Maintain clear communication between housekeeping and other hotel teams
• Support the Hotel Manager and act as the housekeeping expert

• Lead by example in the high standard cleaning of guest rooms, common areas and facilities
• Supervise and provide guidance, direction, and training to the housekeeping teamto ensure they meet standards and benchmarks
• Provide feedback on room conditions, particularlyareas that require deep clean, repairs or replacement to maintain room standards
• Ensure our 'Veri-Best' housekeeping processes and policies are implemented within the team
• Build strong and authentic relationships with your teammates and our guests
• Ensure a clear line of communication between housekeeping and other teams within the hotel
• Provide support and assistance to the Hotel Manager and be the housekeeping expert
