Job summary

Woh Hup Group plc Melbourne is seeking a capable development professional to manage feasibility studies, financial models and cash flow forecasting across multiple projects. The role involves travel across Melbourne and coordination with consultants, authorities and service providers to deliver on time and on budget.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in property development or related fields, a relevant degree, and strong Excel forecasting skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in property development or related field.
• Degree in Property, Real Estate, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering or Finance.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including feasibility modelling and cash flow forecasting.
• Understanding of the property development and construction lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel across Melbourne.

Responsibilities

• Prepare development feasibility studies, financial models and cash flow forecasts.
• Evaluate development opportunities with site analysis, market research and due diligence.
• Coordinate and manage consultants, authorities and service providers across planning and design.
• Monitor programmes, approvals, budgets and milestones to meet timelines.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and compliance with plans.
• Review contractor claims and milestones; advise on payments for work completed.
• Prepare fortnightly project reports covering progress, sales/leasing activity, construction status and risks.
• Build relationships with consultants, contractors, authorities and stakeholders to support delivery.
