Job summary

Sydney Water in Parramatta is seeking a Development Consultant to support property developers through the development servicing process. You will provide technical advice on out of scope applications and help customers navigate servicing requirements for new developments.

Collaborate with developers, councils and internal teams to deliver efficient, compliant outcomes while safeguarding critical water infrastructure.

About the Role

We're looking for a customer-focused Development Consultant to support property developers, consultants and service providers through Sydney Water's development servicing process. A key part of the role is providing technical advice on out of scope applications, assisting with assessment and helping customers navigate servicing requirements for new developments.

Working closely with developers, councils and internal teams, you'll help deliver efficient outcomes while ensuring compliance with Sydney Water standards and protecting critical water infrastructure.

About You

You have experience in engineering, infrastructure, property development or development servicing, combined with a strong customer focus.

Ideally you'll bring:

• Qualifications in Engineering, Planning, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, plans and technical documentation.
