Bennett + Bennett is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Consultant to be part of our innovative, dynamic and growing Development Compliance team based in our Brisbane office with our planning and urban design teams. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a leading team of property and development professionals while further developing your skills and experience within the development industry.

Our team helps clients navigate the final stages of the development process, ensuring approval conditions are satisfied and projects progress smoothly through plan sealing and titles registration. Working alongside planners, surveyors, engineers, clients and government authorities, you will play a key role in coordinating compliance outcomes and driving projects to completion.

Your Role and Impact:

• Compliance Documentation: Coordinate, review and audit compliance documentation to satisfy development approval conditions and support plan sealing.
• Development Approvals: Review development approvals and identify actions required to achieve compliance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and government agencies to coordinate various outputs.
• Track Project Milestones: Monitor compliance requirements, track project milestones and coordinate actions required to progress projects.
