Now Recruiting: Development Coaches

We’re looking for Development Coaches to provide support across our women's teams. These are flexible roles ideal for those with a passion for player development, skill-building, and supporting coaching on training nights and/or game day.

About You

As a passionate and dedicated member of our Club, you’ll bring:

• A commitment to the Club values of Community, Integrity, Passion, Respect & Excellence
• Experience in football coaching, mentoring, or skill development
• The ability to work across multiple teams and age/stage levels
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to be part of a coaching panel
• Familiarity with VAFA structures and community football environments is advantageous
• Hold or be willing to obtain a volunteer Working with Children Check

You’ll work alongside our Director of Coaching and football operations as part of a collaborative coaching panel. Whether you’re an experienced coach or building capability, we’d love to hear from you.
