Qualifications
- Extensive experience or understanding of the development assessment process.
- Comprehensive understanding of NSW planning and environmental legislation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Experience delivering sound strategic and statutory planning advice.
- Experience preparing and presenting reports.
- Current unrestricted driver’s licence.
Responsibilities
- Assess development applications and provide clear advice to applicants and colleagues.
- Work with consultants, government agencies and the community to find practical planning solutions.
- Contribute to environmental compliance work, inspections and reporting.
