Join a national Development team delivering financial analysis, feasibility modelling and reporting across a diverse pipeline.

You will work with Development, Funds Management and Finance teams to prepare feasibilities, cash flow models and reporting, supporting investment decisions and driving

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Property, Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline, with 2+ years' relevant experience.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with advanced Excel capability and exposure to property or real estate data.
• Commercially astute with the ability to interpret and present complex financial and market information.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Curious and proactive mindset, with an interest in continuous improvement, technology and AI-enabled ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain and review development feasibilities, cash flow models and scenario analysis to support investment and development decisions
• Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, including investor reports, budgets and reforecasts
• Partner with Development, Funds Management and Finance teams to evaluate development opportunities, leasing outcomes and project performance
• Manage and enhance development databases, financial models and reporting tools to improve data quality and decision-making
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and leverage technology, automation and AI tools to improve efficiency
