ESR Group is seeking a Development Analyst to join our Melbourne-based team. In this hybrid role, you will support ESR's national Development business, delivering financial analysis, feasibility modelling and reporting across a diverse development pipeline.

Qualifications

2+ years of relevant experience in property, finance or real assets.
Strong financial modelling and Excel skills.
Ability to interpret and present complex financial and market information.
Organised and detail oriented with ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

Prepare, maintain and review development feasibilities, cash flow models and scenario analysis.
Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, including investor reports and budgets.
Evaluate development opportunities, leasing outcomes and project performance with cross‑functional teams.
Manage databases, financial models and reporting tools to improve data quality and decisions.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes using technology and automation.
