Job summary

ESR Group is seeking a motivated Development Analyst to join our Sydney team. You will support ESR's national Development business, delivering financial analysis, feasibility modelling and reporting across a diverse development pipeline.

Collaborating with Development, Funds Management and Finance, you will gain broad exposure to the full development lifecycle while building a career within our high-performing real assets platform.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Property, Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline.
• 2+ years’ relevant experience.
• Strong financial modelling and ability to interpret and present complex financial data.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain and review development feasibilities, cash flow models and scenario analysis to support investment and development decisions
• Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, including investor reports, budgets and reforecasts
• Partner with Development, Funds Management and Finance teams to evaluate development opportunities, leasing outcomes and project performance
• Manage and enhance development databases, financial models and reporting tools to improve data quality and decision-making
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and leverage technology, automation and AI tools to improve efficiency
