Job summary

SDP Solutions is seeking multiple full-time Developer Programmers to be based in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane for our clients. Candidates should have experience in development and testing and the ability to manage offshore technical and functional teams for smooth implementations.

Duties include data modelling in ERP, producing technical documentation, analysing user needs, supporting delivery of business requirements, leading process modelling, and hands-on development and testing in data

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as DWH modeller/developer/analyst.
• Experience with DWH modelling and data integration projects.
• Familiar with ERP data modelling and data warehousing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Data modelling in ERP.
• Produce technical documentation including technical specifications, operating instructions, test plans, defect management, writing test cases, test data preparation and test execution.
• Analyse user needs and produce technical documentation based on the requirements.
• Support in the delivery of business requirements for subsequent phases of the project.
• Assist in the smooth implementation of changes and new roll-outs.
• Leads Process Modelling and translates requirements into design.
• Development and testing with IT platforms and domains as directed by the project scope.
• Design, Develop, & Implement solutions.
• Train junior staff members where required.
• Work as Technical Lead in area of Data Warehousing/Business Intelligence for 3+ years.
• Very hands on heavy on quickly learning Data Application, Data Analysis, Scripting, Data Transformation and Reconciliation.

We are seeking multiple full time Developer Programmers to be based in Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane for our clients. Candidates are required to have experience in development and testing, and the ability to manage various teams including technical and functional offshore consulting teams for smooth implementation of changes and roll-outs.

Job Skills Required

• Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience, preferably in IT or Technology
• Familiar with SQL Server and Oracle databases
• Familiar with Data modelling skills
• Ability to manage both technical and functional offshore consulting teams
• Must have experience working as DWH modelling, developer, or analyst for 8+ years
• AWS Redshift, Netezza working knowledge and Data Modelling is a MUST
• Good to have Unix Shell Scripting Knowledge
• Additional Skills Control M, Bit bucket/ Source Tree, Jenkins
• Should have good exposure to DBFit like ETL testing tools for test driven development
• Commercial experience involving production support, analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation highly regarded.
• Experience with formal development methodologies
• Understanding of the banking industry
• Keen eye for detail and proactive approach
• Logical thinker and excellent problem-solving skills
• Customer service ability and Varied ICT skills

Pay: $95,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
