Job summary

Vulcan Yatala is seeking a despatch team member to assist with packing steel products for despatch and to help load and unload trucks. This fast-paced role prioritises safety and accuracy in daily warehouse tasks.

You will support production processes and quality control, with emphasis on safe manual handling and forklift operations. Overtime may be required; pre-employment drug and medical tests apply.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience with steel packing knowledge.
• Experience loading and unloading trucks.
• Valid forklift (LF) licence.
• Strong safety attitude, especially around manual handling.
• Physically fit, with good vision, hearing and manual agility.
• Available for overtime as required.

Successful candidates will need to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and medical, and will be subject to ongoing random testing.
