Job summary

Axiom Technologies Group is seeking an IT Support professional to handle end-user computing, OS troubleshooting, and hardware/peripheral support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and mobile devices across departments, assisting with SCCM deployment tasks, and delivering excellent customer service while maintaining professional standards.

Qualifications

• At least two IT qualifications from the listed options are required.
• 1 year of relevant experience is preferred; freshers welcome.
• Experience supporting Windows, Mac, and mobile OS environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Windows, Mac, and mobile operating systems and peripherals.
• Provide end-user IT support and customer service.
• Assist with deployment and maintenance tasks using SCCM.
• Support printers and PC/laptop hardware and accessories.

Job description

• Handling Different PC Operating Systems ( Windows 7/8 and 10)

Desired Experience:

• Computer OS/Peripherals troubleshooting
• Handling Different PC Operating Systems ( Windows 7/8 and 10)
• Performing Hardware Software Installation ( understanding of deployment tools like SCCM)
• Basic knowledge of SOE and group policies
• Printer support
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools installation & troubleshooting
• Excellent customer service and people skills
• Field experience supporting a variety of technologies and services
• Advanced technical abilities including solid troubleshooting skills applicable to Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systems
• Ability to manage time and resources to meet or exceed expectations in high-profile situations while maintaining professionalism under pressure
