Job summary

Australind Senior High School is seeking a Creative and proactive Design and Technology teacher to join its friendly team. This permanent full-time role starts Term 1, 2027, in the Southwest region of Western Australia, with a competitive salary of $88,178 to $127,737 per annum (SEA GA 2023, pro-rata).

The successful candidate will engage students across the Technologies Learning Area, delivering relevant programs in consultation with the Technologies team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Australian Curriculum planning, delivery and assessment.
• Familiarity with Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE) courses of study.
• Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) desirable for this position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Design and Technology programs within the Technologies Learning Area.
• Contribute to curriculum planning, development and assessment.
• Collaborate with the Technologies team to support student learning and safety.
