Stantec Australia is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead multidisciplinary design teams within our Buildings portfolio. You will plan and coordinate design delivery across projects, ensuring quality, budget and schedule adherence while collaborating with technical leaders, PMs and clients.

The role focuses on driving design excellence, coordinating internal and external disciplines, and mentoring emerging leaders. Experience in engineering consulting or construction is essential.

• Lead multidisciplinary design teams across complex building projects.
• Experience delivering design through full lifecycle from concept to construction.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
• Chartered status or equivalent is highly regarded.

• Lead multidisciplinary design teams across a range of building projects.
